1.4.2 flyoff search crash

Nware 1.4.2 crashes when I select a flyoff, Ctl-F, select 'Find flyoffs by name' and hit OK.

I just tested my copy of 1.4.2 and it does not do that.
Can anyone else duplicate this problem?
