I got a strange issue about sub-preset.
I can make some new sub-preset and save them, and I could load them very well. Then I turned off Nion's power, after 7 days when I turn on the Nion and want to load sub-preset, I found all presets missing. I tried several times, and I got the same result. What will cause this problem and how to fix it?
By the way, Nion firmware is 1.2.5.

One way to make sure your changes are saved is to save the file to disk then re-deploy. I always do that just before leaving a facility.
NWare/firmware 1.2.5 had a few issues that were cleared up in later versions. You might want to upgrade to NWare/firmware 1.4.2.
If you decide to upgrade, don't forget to update all out of date devices in the file. Click Tools > Update All Out of Date Devices > Yes
The next step is to emulate the file using the Shift key option to force a recompile The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+F9
Save the newly compiled file to disk
Deploy the project to the NIONs
