If you are using Internet Explorer 9, the Knowledge Center will not display until you change the compatibility settings.
Quick fix
======
At the top of the window, to the right of the location box (where "
http://www.peaveyoxford.com/kc
" is shown), there is a small icon that looks like a torn page. Click this icon.
Turning off search keyword highlighting
=========================
When you perform a search, then click one of the results to open a page, the search words are highlighted in the text. In IE9, even with the workaround described above, clicking the words will not remove the highlighting, as per usual. To remedy this problem:
1. Press F12 to display the developer tools.
2. Click Browser Mode, then select Internet Explorer 8.
Author-it, who provide the software for publishing the Knowledge Center help are aware of the IE9 problem. As soon as they provide a fix, I will install it.

Hi again,
I've added some code to switch the compatibility mode automatically, so it should now just work in IE9 without changing any settings.
Pls let me know if it works for you or if you have problems.
Thanks,
Andy.
