It seems the ChangeGroupGet command has fallen out of the RATC2 documentation, except for in the initial command listing.
There is also RATC2 text in the RATC(1) Change Groups section. I wouldn't assume that new users will have read the older RATC docs: I have always pointed people straight to RATC2.
