Hello, not sure how often this site is monitored, but I have a question that I foresee being an issue on a new site installation.
When holding my finger on the screen to adjust an object, the 'right click' menu pops up after 3 seconds.
Is there a way to eliminate this? The site is almost 2 hours away and I'd like to resolve before it's an issue.

Hello, yes we monitor this site.  What version of firmware are you using on the nTouch180HD?  Do you have a Nware project file you could send me?
