The release notes for this version are up on the (public) Knowledge Centre, but the release isn't up on the MM website.
When will it release?

I suspect by the end of the week, if all goes well.

If no one reports any horrific problems with 1.4.3 by the end of the day today (Monday, 25 August, 2008) I will put it up on the MediaMatrix website.
I've been using it, and it seems to be working just fine. As you can tell from the Release Notes, there are a lot of nice changes included.
