Hello, I'm having issues getting a surface pro running windows 10 and nware 1.6.3 to connect to my Nions.
This is all a new installation. When I try to upload and connect or download a file to the Nions, they don't appear in the Project list.
I tried running pandad in interactive mode with the following result:
pandad>remote_link 192.168.1.42
adding remote panda link to 192.168.1.42...
pandad>remote_link_status
remote links :
192.168.1.42 : connected = 1
and added the remote_link command to panda.cfg file.
Any ideas?

It sure looks like you've done everything right, so not sure what could be wrong.
Send us an email;
mmtechsupport@peavey.com
and we can set up a Remote Desktop meeting...

Was a solution found to this issue?

Went back into the email archives and could find where Nebulous and I did the Remote Desktop, and it has been too long to remember the details other than I think it was a network settings issue.
One of the troubleshooting tests I ask techs to try is use a basic, simple, dumb network (in this case -- Wireless router) to see if that clears the problem.  I know where Nebulous works, and we have discussed how complex and more important, secure his wired network and Wi-Fi network is.  I believe that may have been the issue.
