I have a site where one particular CAB4n has decided to stop outputting on 3 of the 4 outputs installed. The meters are showing activity when a signal is sent and no mutes are activated. The amplifiers have been confirmed to be working as I tested the input to send music from an ipod and was able to hear the music in the zones that were not getting audio from the CAB4n.
Currently I have had to combine three of the outputs onto the single output that is working in order to get the sound to these zones.
At this stage I am thinking that something has gone wrong with the output card, has anyone else had similar issues ?

It does sound like your problem would only reside with the output card itself
since one of the channels is still working.  Wouldn't be a cobranet issue
because other channels are working.  Typically, if it was the slot then none
of the channels would work.  If you don't want to take the CAB completely
down, you could just send in the one card for repair.
