Is there a possibility to control the Nion over MIDI? That would be a cool feature: the control of a Nion with a MIDI Controler.

You'll need a MIDI physical interface, currently the Nion only has RS-232. Perhaps possible with one of these:

There are people who are using MIDI control surfaces to control things in the NION. However, from my understanding they typically take the MIDI control to a computer, use the computer to translate the MIDI to RATC2 and send the RATC2 to the NION. According to what I've heard, it works very well.
